My philosophy is to always put the reader first. Clearly you want to tell your story, to make sure that all of the important elements of your brand are out there. But there's more to connection than simply telling your story. It's in how easy you make it for your reader (or customer) to relate to you and how to compel them to take the next step with you. It's about never leaving them hanging, guiding them through your information, and never leaving them looking for more. Unless you're playing hard to get, but even that must be intentional.
